Apositiva offers a "new" coaching certification class designed to meet the needs of a creative coach. Communication and inner change processes will provide a base for the coach to set a journey plan with their client. Our program utilizes key coaching techniques to inspire and motivate, how to develop key performance indicators, processes to give clients focus until they achieve their outcomes. Life Coaching Certification is a 125-hour course. Executive Coaching is a 2-day class that offer specialization in working with business professionals. Dream Coaching is a 2-day class for unlocking the scrolls of creative fun in discovering how to bring dreams to fruition!
Coaching is about holding space for a client, as they reveal their process in achieving their goals. What coaching is not is consulting, so this course specifically focuses on true processes for helping a client create the landscapes of their own beauty. Coaching can provide a bridge where clients can cross over to meaningful outcomes and arrive at authentic lives. Exercises on listening, getting to the key performance indicator, values elicitation, a journey to focus, and much more. You will get how to follow the client's energy, so that the session remains theirs, yet with the tracks to get them to the station where they want to arrive. That is what this course is about!
