You can make one change today by focusing on what you want to be now.  What you put inside of you today becomes you tomorrow.
If you have been eating food that doesn’t work right inside of you … then adjust your food.  If wheat doesn’t work inside, then enjoy all the other food. Make yourself stronger starting now.

Here are some tips for focusing on a gluten-free you.

  • Pick natural foods
  • Slice ’em, dice ’em, and make ’em pretty on the plate
  • Find a few comfort foods in “Gluten-free land”
  • Research cookbooks and experiment
  • Invite a friend for gluten-free meal
  • Make it a game

My current favorite cookbook is “The How Can It Be Gluten Free Cookbook” by America’s Test Kitchen.  You can find the recipe of the delicious and healthy Spaghetti and Meatballs on page 112.
Family and friends may not be into it. Don’t put your energy into battling their beliefs and choices, just do your thing and enjoy a healthier you. Focus on feeling healthy, conscious, and being the best you can be.
When your time comes to make a choice on a new set of foods, step back from the old and focus on how good you will feel inside and out in a new you.  You can be young or senior and still benefit. Be your own architect and build or rebuild a better you.
As Socrates said, “The secret of change is to focus your energy not on fighting the old, but building the new.”
