Tapping for longevity may be the best kept secret of smart Seniors. Does it work? Yes.
Today I gave a special presentation for a lovely group of seniors in an assisted living facility. How did this come about? Allow me to explain.
A lovely lady, a retired artist, told her daughter she enjoyed using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) when she lived in Southern California, and could the daughter find an EFT Practitioner to work with her in the Portland area. This is when I was contacted. They gave me a call and asked me if I would be interested in coming to the facility and giving a presentation to a group.
“Sure!” I enthusiastically replied! “I enjoy supporting my community!” During the year, I accept some invitations to speak about EFT as well as other healing and creative modalities for enrichment of mind and body.
Tapping for Longevity
EFT is also known as an energy work. It uses tapping on acupuncture meridians to release flooding emotions, pain, phobias, and much more.
Gary Craig was the wonderful guy who shortened a longer version and equally helpful called Thought Field Therapy (Roger Callahan).
I learned EFT in 2002, achieving Certificates of Completion in Basic and Advanced EFT. Since that time, many clients have come for assistance. Rich Aanrich and I have guided with many, many people using EFT to help them feel better, younger, and release fears and habits.
We combine EFT with other healing modalities when you want even more focused attention. NLP and Hypnotherapy can give you a more solid grounding, which works especially well when you enjoy personal empowerment and relaxation.
Nothing better than getting rid of fears and pain for enjoying a longer life! We have a video that actually presents the EFT process with a doctor who takes blood samples to show what changes actually occur.
EFT seems so simple. Yet it works!
