Just a Couple Tips on Screaming

It’s helpful to get organized, set the place and time, and be ready.

  • Make a list of things that you need “out”.
  • Drive, hike, boat, run to a place where people won’t call the police.
  • Check the list and make the intention to get it out.
  • Ok. Go the website, hit the TAP TO SCREAM button.
  • Stand with feet hip-width apart, throw up arms and SCREAM!
  • Feel better.
